AOC: Drag Queens are ‘Patriots’ in America
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez stopped by RuPaul’s Drag Race over the weekend, telling hosts and the audience they are true “patriots” for advancing marriage equality in the United States.
“The people who change what people think are artists and Drag Queens… It starts with you. You’re patriots. You are. You are. You are patriots. I’m so proud of you all. I’m so proud to live in this country with you,” said AOC.
