Leaked FBI List Reveals Gadsden Flag, Second Amendment, Revolutionary War Imagery As ‘Domestic Terrorism Symbols’
A newly leaked document provided to Project Veritas by an FBI whistleblower on Tuesday shows how the bureau classifies Americans as potential “Militia Violent Extremists” (MVEs).
The FBI’s internal “Unclassified/Law Enforcement Sensitive” document cites symbols, phrases, images, events, and individuals that agents should flag when trying to identify domestic terrorists.
Under the “Symbols” section, the document claims MVEs “justify their existence with the Second Amendment, due to the mention of a ‘well regulated militia,’ as well as the right to bear arms.”
Below that in “Commonly Referenced Historical Imagery and Quotes,” the Gadsden Flag, the Betsy Ross Flag, and other Revolutionary War images are listed as indicators of violent extremism.
The document goes on to mention the veteran Ashli Babbitt, who was killed in cold blood inside the Capitol building on January 6, 2021, as a “martyr” for MVEs.
The document also ties the atrocities of Ruby Ridge, Waco, and the Oklahoma City bombing to traditional American ideas and symbols.
Notably absent from the document is any mention of symbols, imagery, phrases, or events tied to radical left-wing groups, highlighting the politicized and partisan nature of the document itself.
For example, the violent radical left group Antifa frequently displays their signature red and black flag, the anarchy flag, the anarcho-socialism flag, or the Black Lives Matter flags online or during violent demonstrations.

Such information should also be listed in this internal document given Antifa and the far-left violent group known as Jane’s Revenge firebombed numerous pregnancy clinics across the nation in recent months after the Supreme Court’s draft ruling overturning Roe v Wade was leaked.
Meanwhile, numerous individuals who had been on the FBI’s radar still ended up committing mass shootings in recent years, such as the Uvalde shooter, the Parkland school shooter, the Pulse nightclub shooter, the Fort Hood shooter, and the Boston marathon bombers.
It’s almost as if this internal document isn’t about preventing terrorism, but targeting the Biden regime’s political opposition using the January 6 protests as the pretext.
