Gov. DeSantis Suspends „Soros-Backed“ State Attorney

Florida State Attorney Andrew Warren learned earlier today that his job requires him to actually enforce the law. 

During a press conference this morning Gov. Ron DeSantis announced that Warren was suspended for repeatedly refusing to enforce laws cracking down on child sex change surgeries, and restrictions on abortions. 

„So when you flagrantly violate your oath of office, when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty, you have neglected your duty and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties. And so today we are suspending state Attorney Andrew Warren, effective immediately,“ DeSantis said.

It is dangerous to Floridians that state attorneys are neglecting criminal prosecution.

Progressive prosecutors backed by Soros have refused to enforce laws across the country. They treat criminals with deference & victims with contempt. This dereliction of duty is why crime is surging. But @GovRonDeSantis won’t stand for this. He just suspended the one in Florida.

DeSantis added “We are not going to allow this pathogen of ignoring the law get a foothold here in the state of Florida. We are going to make sure our laws are enforced and that no individual prosecutor puts themselves above the law. To take the position that you have veto power over the laws of this state is untenable.”

LA’s Soros-backed DA George Gascón will be the next to face a recall election, with the „Recall George Gascon“ campaign submitting over 150,000 signatures than needed to trigger a recall last month.
