Soros-Backed DA Suspends Prosecutor for „Misgendering“ Convicted Child Molester Accused of Murder
Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, who was supported with $2.5 million in cash from George Soros, suspended the attorney prosecuting a child molestor accused of murder for supposedly “misgendering” the suspect.
The convicted child molestor is a man with the legal name James Tubbs, but started going by “Hannah” and identifying as a woman. Under Gascon’s lenient policies, Tubbs received only a two year sentence for that crime. Tubbs is awaiting a murder trial next month.
To refer to “Hannah Tubbs” as a man would be to correctly gender him, but in the era of progress newspeak this is considered “misgendering” – an offense so severe that Gascon saw fit to issue punishment for offending a monster obviously trying to game the system.
Prosecutor Shea Sanna, who led the molestation case against Tubbs, has been suspended by Gascon for five days without pay for accurately describing Tubbs as a man, and “deadnaming” him (newspeak for calling him by his birth name “James” instead of “Hannah”).
According to Fox:
Sanna subsequently raised concerns about a possible ruse. Gascon’s office, under a series of stiff policy directives, sought to have the adult ex-con placed in a juvenile facility because the crime occurred before Tubbs’ 18th birthday.
But a month later, Sanna said, after he sent a critical tweet about former Gascon adviser Alisa Blair’s handling of another case, he found himself the subject of a complaint filed on her behalf.
„So it wasn’t when I first ‘misgendered’ Tubbs,“ he told Fox News Digital. „She did it in retaliation. Part of it, the reason why I suspended, is because I called out Tubbs to the administration and said I have recordings of him making up the name, gaming the system, joking about it and the date that it was made up. And I had reports where he’s referring to himself as a ‘grown ass man.’“
As Sanna was raising alarm bells, due to Gascon’s policies, the then 26-year-old Tubbs was treated as a minor because his initial crime was committed when he was age 17.
