PRESS SECRETARY: It’s ‘Unconstitutional’ for Individual States to Decide on Abortion Rights
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declared the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe V Wade “Unconstitutional” Wednesday, urging the federal government to decide the issue rather than individual states.
“When the Supreme Court made this extreme decision, it was an Unconstitutional action,” declared the Press Secretary.
“This is a right that women had!” she added.
