“This is a terrible bill…this bill will hammer manufacturing and kill manufacturing jobs in this country. It will hammer small businesses. This bill will drive up gas prices. It has billions in new taxes in oil and gas production…all the Democrats say they want to lower gas prices, [but] they all just voted to raise prices at the pump,” Cruz says.
