Tom Cruise was very on-brand while accepting his 2023 MTV Movies & TV Award Sunday night.The 60-year-old actor won “Best Performance in a Movie” for last year’s smash hit sequel “Top Gun: Maverick.” Cruise accepted the honor with a video clip of himself piloting a fighter plane while wearing sunglasses and speaking into a headset. The actor made sure his golden popcorn trophy was inside the plane and visible as he delivered his thanks for the honor, which is determined by audience votes.“Thank you so much for this award,” the “Top Gun” alum said. “I make these films for you.
