It also warns him that his public statements may have legal consequences. This is a clear attempt to intimidate and silence a political opponent. The fact that the BfV, an agency tasked with protecting the constitution, is engaging in such tactics is deeply concerning. It is a sign of the growing authoritarianism in Germany, where dissenting voices are being labeled as extremists and targeted for surveillance. This is not how a democracy should operate. Political opposition should be allowed and encouraged, not criminalized. The actions of the BfV are a threat to free speech and democracy in Germany. It is time for the German people to stand up against this encroachment on their rights and freedoms
