President Donald Trump kept supporters in stitches over the weekend as he based an entire comedy routine around criticizing transgenders in women’s sports.
Appearing as the keynote speaker at the American Freedom Tour in Memphis, Tenn., Saturday, Trump savaged transgender athletes and even discussed picks for his transgender fantasy basketball league.
Trump’s comments preceded a decision Sunday by FINA, the International Swimming Federation, which adopted a new “gender inclusion policy” that would disallow transgender swimmers from participating in events unless they transitioned before age 12.
