‘Belongs in Prison’: Calls For Ex-Twitter Exec Vijaya Gadde’s Arrest Explode After Elon Musk Releases Censorship Files

Twitter’s former legal and policy head Vijaya Gadde is under fire after Twitter communications released by Elon Musk reveal she played a central role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020.

The “Twitter Files” released through independent journalist Matt Taibbi on Friday detail how Twitter executives coordinated to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story without then-CEO Jack Dorsey’s knowledge.

“The decision was made at the highest levels of the company, but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role,” Taibbi tweeted.

The revelation sparked a flurry of outrage and calls for Gadde’s arrest and imprisonment for effecting the outcome of the 2020 election.

Yoel Roth reportedly lied to the FEC by signing a disclosure document saying intel officials told Twitter Hunter Biden was hacked.

The Twitter files say the Government didn’t warn Roth and the NY Post’s Hunter story was censored by Vijaya Gadde.

Roth and Gadde belong in prison.

Though the Twitter communications show no evidence that the government was directly involved in the platform’s decision to censor the Hunter Biden story, the decision nevertheless had a direct effect on the outcome of the 2020 election.

Polls show about 17% of Biden voters wouldn’t have voted for him had they been aware of the Hunter Biden laptop story, meaning that Trump would likely have won the election if the story wasn’t censored.

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee have vowed to further investigate Gadde’s role in the Hunter Biden laptop story coverup.

“We’re tracking Vijaya Gadde’s role in the suppression of the New York Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop. We absolutely plan to investigate this more. Stay tuned,” a committee spokesperson said Saturday.

Given the Democrats have a history of looking the other way at crimes if they’re committed by political allies – such as Hunter Biden or FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried – it could be awhile before Gadde faces any meaningful consequences.
