Flashback: Tucker Carlson Says Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself – ‘We Know That He Was Murdered’
Tucker Carlson admitted he’s skeptical about the mysterious death of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in a resurfaced interview that’s gone viral following the popular show host’s abrupt exit at Fox News.
Speaking in March with the popular “Full Send” podcast hosted by YouTube group the Nelk Boys, Carlson noted there were bizarre circumstances that threw the official narrative behind Epstein’s death into doubt, instead suggesting he was murdered.

“We know that he was murdered because, well for one thing, a friend of mine was one of the last people to talk with Epstein the day he was killed. And he had an expectation of a bail hearing in two days. He thought he was getting out,” Carlson said.
Epstein was found dead in his jail cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking.
“He was not despondent at all,” Tucker said. “I spoke to his lawyer, he told me the same thing. They moved someone out of his cell. They put two people – one of whom was not even a full-time prison guard – ‘on duty.’ None of the cameras trained on the cell worked. They were all out of it that night. They locked the front of the special housing unit that had 8 cells in it. But then they opened all the cells inside.”
“So, who was it? So I asked a really simple question to the Bureau of Prisons… what are [the other inmates’] names?” Tucker said.
Tucker said the Bureau of Prisons brushed off his request for information, and also noted the investigation into Epstein’s death was stopped by former Attorney General Bill Barr.
“Bill Barr lied,” Carlson said. “There’s no question that Bill Barr clearly suspected Epstein was murdered but stopped the investigation into it. I went and read Bill Barr’s book in which he explains all this and it’s complete bullshit.”
Carlson said his producers reached out to Barr and asked him to come on to explain why he dropped the investigation, but he refused the invitation.
Tucker’s claims will no doubt reignite the debate about Epstein’s death, which many believe was deliberately shrouded in mystery with key details being kept from the public.
Could Tucker bringing attention to Epstein’s death be yet another reason Fox News may have parted ways with the popular show host?
